Who needs Mental Performance Coaching?

Mental performance coaching is for every athlete/performer who wants to develop their mental skills to elite levels. Yes, you can come to mental performance coaching if things aren't going well for you; you have the yips, you're in a slump, you're having low self-confidence, etc. Together, we can solve the mental issues that are holding you back from your best performance. More important, is to come to mental performance coaching before you "need" it so you can be ready to handle anything that comes your way. Just like you build your physical body in preparation for your sports/performance, you can build your mental skills ahead of your performance so you can show up and perform at your best, no matter what. That is the best way to leverage mental performance coaching.

What is Mental Performance Coaching?

It is the unique process of developing the mental skills in a human to perform in sports and any aspect of life, at the highest level possible. These mental skills go along with talent, sport-specific skills development, Physical Strength and Conditioning, and Recovery to develop the Elite Performer.

What do I get with the MPC package?

Well, that depends on how much effort you put in, just like anything else you learn and apply. From a general standpoint, you get 5 50-minute sessions where we will work together to address the mental skills that will most highly serve you in your performances. These sessions could range from working on Self-actualization, Self-confidence, Self-talk, Mantras, Mental Strength, Grit, Intentional Practice, Mindfulness, Mindful eating, Emotion Management, Stress Management, Creativity, and many, many other skills that are useful to your goals.The sessions are very customized to your needs. You will have tasks to do between sessions. And you will have unlimited text access to ask questions, follow-up on assignments, etc.

You'll know when there isn't a single situation in your preparation, and performance that you don't feel like your absolute best self. You'll know when you show up for yourself and your teammates in a big way - whenever you want. And you'll know when your connection to who you are and how you perform is 100% natural and aligned. You'll know when you have setbacks in your progression and you handle it with ease and learn from it and more on better than before! You'll know when every moment of your performance brings you joy, no matter the outcome. And more!

Where are the sessions held?

You can come to my office in HIghland, UT, or if that isn't convenient we can do sessions on Zoom/FaceTime.
